Auntie J and I are back with another challenge, how to hula hoop. It’s a great activity for us to do playing on the porch. This time we are keeping it simple. Each day, we will hula hoop for the suggested minutes.
- Week 1: 5-minutes
- Week 2: 10-minutes
- Week 3: 15-minutes
- Week 4: 20-minutes
We made a new Daily Dance Break playlist on Spotify, to practice finding our rhythm. I can’t wait to share the scan the code with mama so she can join our group session.
